Baby Gator employs full-time early childhood teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in early childhood, elementary education, special education, and related fields to gain experience in working with young children.
On a daily basis, Baby Gator teachers interact with children with a wide range of native languages, cultures, capabilities, and challenges. Baby Gator teachers are also engaged in the development and implementation of curriculum, teaching methodology, training, research, writing, and presentations to others in the early childhood field.
