Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers play an active role at Baby Gator. Volunteers read, play, talk, and assist in the classroom, on the playground, and during meals, snacks, and rest time.
Volunteers must commit to at least 2 hours per week.
To volunteer:
- Contact Courtney Coleman at 392-2330 or via email at jazz18@admin.ufl.edu to volunteer at either center (Lake Alice or Newell Drive). She will instruct you about what action to take on background screening, depending on the number of hours you need to volunteer.
- When you have specific instructions, download the volunteer packet (Word document), the Record of Volunteer Service form, and the Affidavit of Good Moral Character (PDF) form.
- Course paperwork will be signed when the entire volunteer packet is complete and the volunteer has gone through the orientation.
